In view of the growing need for security of supply, decentralised infrastructure and CO\u2082 savings, Saxovent is working on concrete solutions with long-term projects.<\/p>\n<p>With its subsidiary Saxovent Renewables, the Berlin-based investment company is not only active as a project developer, but also as an investor and long-term partner for sustainable business models in the energy market. The latest acquisition is part of a clear growth strategy: it is an example of the necessary acceleration in the expansion of renewable energies &#8211; not only as a corporate goal, but also as a social responsibility. The aim is to further scale the contribution to the energy transition &#8211; technologically, geographically and operationally.<\/p>\n<p>GLS Bank is supporting the financial side of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Photovoltaic project developer Fellensiek had been forced to file for insolvency in September 2024. The transaction was carried out as part of the Fellensiek Group&#8217;s insolvency proceedings under the lead management of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH. The sales process was managed by the consulting firm GO &amp; Company GmbH, Frankfurt, which specialises in corporate
